Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortably warm but facing a busy street, making them a bit noisy during the day. The service was excellent with polite and helpful staff available 24/7 via telephone. The location was convenient with proximity to the metro, though cleaning materials in the corridors were noticeable. Unfortunately, the dining option was affected by ongoing building work, resulting in an unsatisfactory experience.

The hotel is in a vibrant location, steps away from the metro station on Boulevard Voltaire, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, although well-organized for families, were not clean and had an unpleasant smell of sewage. The service varied from friendly and accommodating to somewhat unfriendly at times. The hotel's dining area offers a limited variety of choices, but nearby deluxe options are available for a slightly higher price. The high-up view facing Boulevard Voltaire adds a delightful touch to the location, but noise from nearby construction can be bothersome early in the morning.
